Kabat, Schertzer, De La Torre, Taraboulos & Co. Merges in another Miami Tax and Advisory Practice

MIAMI, March 31, 2016 – Miami-based accounting and tax advisory firm Kabat, Schertzer, De La Torre, Taraboulos and Company (KSDT) today announced it has merged with Stuart Sutta and Company, a 39-year-old tax accounting and advisory firm serving individuals and small businesses throughout the world.

With the merger, Stuart Sutta, CPA, has been named a partner with KSDT.  He will work out of the firm’s Miami office at 9300 S. Dadeland Blvd.

“Since setting up his practice in 1977, Stuart has been at the forefront of our profession’s technological evolution and was one of the first firms in Florida to go paperless,” said Jeffrey Taraboulos, managing partner with KSDT. “We welcome him and his long-term clients to our firm.”
